As the International Blue Crescent Humanitarian Relief and Development Foundation (IBC); at the closing dinner of the Youth Development Center, Child Caravan and TÖMER Turkish Courses Projects which we have implemented under the title of social cohesion of the Qudra Program in cooperation with Expertise France, we were together with all project staff and foundation managers, including representatives of Küçükçekmece Municipality and Küçükçekmece District Governorate and District National Education Directorate.
