IBC CONTINUES ITS SUPPORT TO SYRIAN BORDER DURING RAMADAN

Some of the families who had to flee their homes due to the conflicts in Idlib and Aleppo live in Afrin tent camps in northwest Syria.

International Blue Crescent Foundation (IBC) is expanding its relief activities in the region with the beginning of Ramadan.

IBC has recently met the basic nutritional needs of 4000 beneficiaries living in tent camps, in cooperation with IDRF and in coordination with AFAD.

Along with food aid packages designed to meet the daily calorie needs of a family, IBC completed the installation of temporary bakeries to provide hot bread to the camps in the Cinderes Region. With regular bread distributions that will continue throughout Ramadan, the tables of the people of the region who live in difficult conditions are not left without bread.

The International Blue Crescent Foundation will continue to support the region during the month of Ramadan.
