TURKISH AND SYRIAN CHILDREN ARE TOGETHER FOR ART


30 children meet for art in which IBC’s partneship with Okan University, Yeditepe University Erasmus Students Network – ESN.

In the project named Peace of Art that is funded by European Comission, Sultanbeyli Community Center’s children beneficiaries get together with Bağcılar Ressam Şevket Dağ Elementary School students at Halka Sanat Art Studio in Kadıköy. Children warmed up within Yoga exercises and drew pictures in mixed groups as well as they had chance to get to know each other and figured their comman future dreams. Thereby, a suitable ambience provided in order for two cultures to get together and build a mutual understanding within promising pictures.

Outcomes of the art workshop will be exhibited between 14-16 April in Moda Halka Sanat Gallery
