SHARE A SMILE

IBC organised an intercultural peace building event with Turkish and Syrian children on 19th October, 2016 . Children from the IBC Community Center in Sultanbeyli visited a local Kindergarten school which hosts a majority of Syrian orphan children and some Turkish children between ages 4-6 Years.

During the event children interacted with each other and played some games like ‘Passing the ball Name Game’ and painting on a large canvas. Children from the center also did a short performance of music and dance for the children of the school. Small gifts were distributed to the children during the event.

The children were very excited during the drawing activity as well as name game. Also, during a short dance and music performance prepared by some children from the Center, the other children from the school were singing along. The children also expressed their happiness after we distributed gifts to all of them.
