About the Project
International Blue Crescent Relief and Development Foundation (IBC), with funding from the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR), is implementing the project titled: “Integrated Shelter and Accessibility Solutions for Conflict-Affected Households, Persons with Disabilities, and Veterans in Ukraine.”
The project focuses on rehabilitation and repair of damaged shelters, distribution of Non-Food Item (NFI) kits, improving accessibility to homes, public infrastructure, and transportation for persons with disabilities, veterans, and elderly individuals in conflict-affected areas, as well as providing essential mobility aids and protection, hygiene supplies to vulnerable populations to enhance their quality of life and dignity.

IBC hereby invites qualified suppliers, providers to submit sealed bids for:
Lot 1: Assistive Equipment for Persons with Disabilities, Veterans, and the Elderly
Lot2: Procurement of Hygiene Relief Dignity Kits (approx... 500 units)
